Karen has been with The Farmer Group since 2003. She moved to Georgetown in 1976 from Oregon, Ohio. Karen lives in Stamping Ground with her husband Larry and has two children, Scotty and Lerin. Karen also enjoys Grandma time with her grandson Hunter. Karen’s daughter Lerin, also a Georgetown College Alum, is married to Terecia’s son Billy. In her free time, Karen enjoys Jazzercise and is the #1 hand on her and Larry’s farm on Owenton Road.

Karen attained her Agent’s Property and Casualty license in 2004 and has served as Customer Service Representative since 2003.

Neil founded The Farmer Group in 1996 as a branch office of his Grandfather’s agency, Whalen & Company. Neil purchased the agency in 2000 and The Farmer Group was christened in 2001. He graduated from Harrison County High School in 1991 and received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 1995. Neil has called Cynthiana, Richmond and Berea his home and currently resides in Lexington. Maybe Georgetown will be next! In his free time, Neil enjoys traveling, motorcycling, backpacking, and canoeing.

Neil attained his Agent’s Property, Casualty, Life, and Health license in 1996 and has served as Producer and Principal since the agency’s founding.

Paula joined The Farmer Group in May 2007. Originally from Campbellsville, Kentucky, she moved to Georgetown in 1994 to attend Georgetown College. She loved the area so much she decided to call it home. Paula is married to Allen Gibson and they have a son, Chase. In her free time, Paula enjoys family time and Jazzercising with Karen. Paula attained her Property and Casualty license this year and is a Producer.

Terecia (pronounced Theresa) has been with The Farmer Group since 2000. She is a lifetime Georgetown resident and even lives three miles from her Grandmother. Terecia has been married to William “Bill” Parker for over 30 years. Terecia has four children; Billy, Stephen, Leslie, and Jessica. Billy and Stephen have degrees from Georgetown College. Jessica attends the University of Kentucky and Leslie is a student at the University of Louisville. Can you imagine gameday!
